Short, task-focused guides for the most common things a volunteer or aid station captain needs to do on race day. Each one covers a single situation, start to finish.

• Check In a Runner — a runner arrives at your station; check them in (and check them out when they leave).
• Hide an Errant Timeline Entry — a runner got scanned twice, or the wrong bib was scanned; hide the bad entry instead of deleting it.
• Edit an Event Time — a recorded time looks wrong (bad device clock, late sync); fix the time on the event directly.
• Mark a Runner DNF — a runner is dropping, or you’re pulling one; mark them DNF with a reason.
